Custom Half Sheet Cake

Cake was delicious as always. We did a marbled cake with balloons in yellow and blue. Happy 75th birthday.

So easy to order online. Cake tasted great too. Colors were a bit off but that was okay for what we wanted.

Too many deletions

The cake was for my birthday and they gave me the wrong flavor, it should have been vanilla but they gave me chocolate

It was ready on time. They decorated it very pretty and last but definitely not least it tasted good.

With 24 hours of order notice my cake was ready. Decorating was perfect. Will use Sam’s bakery again.

The plastic container that held the cake was flimsy and did not snap shut securely therefore the cake staled quickly and was difficult to transport

I asked for the name of the retiree to be placed on the cake and it was not, but I  still like you Sam's and will shop at the store.

Online ordering was easy. cake was ready right on time and received a text notifying me to pick it up. Moist and fresh.

Birthday Cake

The cake was poorly decorated with uneven lettering, a misshaped cake and it appeared that the person that decorated it either rushed through the job, or no one was looking over finished work. I was embarrassed to put this cake out at our daughter's adoption celebration and honestly felt Sam's should bave been embarrassed to allow something so poorly done to leave. The bakery manager was too busy to speak to me, but the store manager did at least refund my money. When I asked for them to redo another cake, I was told it would be an hour, which I thought was another example of unsatisfactory customer service. I can't imagine that I will ever order another cake from Sam's bakery again, or if i do, it will be a long time. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Disappointed bakery customer.

The cake was moist and  delicious, (marble cake with buttercream frosting). We had red and yellow roses, the message was in red also, with red piping around the edge. They did a very nice job and followed our request perfectly. I have never been disappointed with Sam's cakes.
