Custom Half Sheet Cake

The cake was decorated perfectly and it was so moist and delicious. I just wish Sam's sold a smaller marble birthday cake.

The cake was delicious.
It was made with a custom logo that was done perfectly. The writing on the cake was beautiful

The cake was delicious and beautifully decorated. I ordered a chocolate sheet cake with chocolate icing.

60th Birthday cake

This half sheet white cake with buttercream icing, and the decorations on it tasted and looked fantastic.

Custom cake

Cake was delicious as always. We did a marbled cake with balloons in yellow and blue. Happy 75th birthday.

Cusom Sheet Cake

Sam’s cake and cupcakes used to be great, but they have really changed in the last couple years. The cake I ordered was really dry and dense.

Cake quality has gone down

With 24 hours of order notice my cake was ready. Decorating was perfect. Will use Sam’s bakery again.

Awesome as always! Love Sam’s club cakes! Wish they still had grab and go but totally understand why they don’t.

Always fresh

The cake was poorly decorated with uneven lettering, a misshaped cake and it appeared that the person that decorated it either rushed through the job, or no one was looking over finished work. I was embarrassed to put this cake out at our daughter's adoption celebration and honestly felt Sam's should bave been embarrassed to allow something so poorly done to leave. The bakery manager was too busy to speak to me, but the store manager did at least refund my money. When I asked for them to redo another cake, I was told it would be an hour, which I thought was another example of unsatisfactory customer service. I can't imagine that I will ever order another cake from Sam's bakery again, or if i do, it will be a long time. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Disappointed bakery customer.

The cake was moist and  delicious, (marble cake with buttercream frosting). We had red and yellow roses, the message was in red also, with red piping around the edge. They did a very nice job and followed our request perfectly. I have never been disappointed with Sam's cakes.
