I ordered 2 sheet cakes one white and one chocolate I know the order was correct but I received 2 white cakes. Since you can no longer order in person but only online I had a copy of the order. However whoever prepared the cakes misread the order, I cannot give this a positive review. These were special event cakes and I was disappointed

I ordered a chocolate cake. I got a white cake. I ordered two pictures to be scanned on the cake. They missed putting one of the pictures on. There was no time to correct the order so I was stuck with this cake that was not made according to instructions

I loved being able to order this and pay online then have someone else pick it up. The cake looked great and tasted even better. Our guests were commenting on how good it was and were surprised to learn where it came from. Also....I was very pleased with the price. I'll order again when needed!

The cake tastes good but the icing was not applied well. You could see the crumb coat. Icing was uneven across the cake. Lettering was not uniform and icing colors didn’t really match well. I added sprinkles to cover the bare spots. Probably will not order again.

Cake was fine, however we ordered this for my granddaughter’s first communion and was supposed to be decorated for the event and her name but when we picked it up no personalized event greeting or name just a general decoration around the top edges and when questioned about it the person in the bakery said there was no one there that could finish it with those personalizations so take it or leave it and since the event was that day we took it. Not happy about this at all!!!

I ordered a whipped cream frosting and marble cake a week before pickup. Unfortunately, on the day of pickup I got a call from Sam’s Club saying they didn’t have whipped cream frosting and marble cake. So I had to change my order to Whipped cream frosting and white cake. Sam’s did have the new cake ready for pickup on time and the cake was tasty. So I’m giving them a four star rating.

I was hosting a baby shower with only 10 days to prepare. I ordered a yellow frosted cake to add silk flowers to it for decoration. Mom to be’s nursery colors are not in available choices. Cake was just as I wanted and the silk wildflowers looked lovely against the yellow frosting! It tasted great too!

Sadly, my cake wasn’t ready when I came to pick it up, the cake I got (marble) was dry. While the bakery help tried SO hard to make the cake what I had asked-it was subpar. There was SOOOOO much icing on it, the border wasn’t what I asked for (blue-she put yellow) and the writing was awful. I hate to give a bad review, but it’s sadly the truth.

The cake was delicious, the icing (whipped) tasted fine. As for the decoration was average. However, the writing was PURELY JUVENILE. It was simple….(no problem), “Happy Birthday Laura”….looked like it was written by a 3rd grade student. 😕😔 This was a big cake, kinda embarrassing to bring to a party. 😳😬

The cake tasted fine, but not exceptional. I wasn't real impressed with the frosting or the decorating. I ordered 6 half sheets and on 2 of them I missed indicating a color for the frosting of the wording. My fault, but it wouldn't have happened if the default in the online order form was "choose a color" instead of "white."
