Good cake. Not happy I HAVE to order online, website is not user friendly, cannot leave special instructions for colors or anything else. I still had to go back to store and a nice bakery associate took my notes to make my cake right.

Cake quality good as usual. The online ordering is not great. The writing was legible, just barely. They read the order, sure. In the past you could talk to the ladies and explain more what you needed/ wanted.

Delicious cake and beautifully decorated! The cake was light and moist and the decorations were exactly as ordered. Very quick turn around from ordering and picking up! The price was SO reasonable for such a large cake!

I chose this as our groom’s cake at our wedding. Was able to make a few adjustments with Dia and it turned out perfectly! The chocolate on chocolate was so delicious!! Everyone raved about it!!

The sheet cake was delicious! The chocolate frosting and decorations were exactly what the anniversary couple wanted. The cake was moist and yummy! It was very easy to order and pay online. The cake was ready on time and the staff was courteous.

Sam's Cake are always good and their customer service is the best. One thing i would really like to see is for Sam's to bring back the cake made of cupcakes. it is perfect no cutting or plates needed. Thank you

The cake came out exactly as I ordered it, and tasted great as always! Cant beat the value of a Sam’s club sheet cake. I love how they offer the option to customize their cakes and that there are so many colors to choose from!

Beautiful and delicious! Wish you had a quarter sheet option. We still have cake left from several weeks ago. Your bakery and bakery employees are the best, so I just deal with it.

I was very disappointed with the decorations on my cake. The baker had left for the day so one of the employees tried to redo the decorations. The cake was so large and the writing was so TINY and most of the decorations was just white space.

I have been with Sam clubs for about ten years or more and I have ordered cupcakes and sheets cakes over the years and not one time have I been disappointed.
