Had a small issue at pick up, but the issue was resolved quickly and I was on my way.

We bought the marble cake for a party and decorated it ourselves. It was very good.

Sams celebration cake

Sales associate brandy is very unprofessional and rude.

Brandy needs to be retrained.

The cake had a bug in it flying around and they didn’t want to fix the issue on this customer order

Birthday cake

Excellent value - the best!

The cake was poorly decorated with uneven lettering, a misshaped cake and it appeared that the person that decorated it either rushed through the job, or no one was looking over finished work. I was embarrassed to put this cake out at our daughter's adoption celebration and honestly felt Sam's should bave been embarrassed to allow something so poorly done to leave. The bakery manager was too busy to speak to me, but the store manager did at least refund my money. When I asked for them to redo another cake, I was told it would be an hour, which I thought was another example of unsatisfactory customer service. I can't imagine that I will ever order another cake from Sam's bakery again, or if i do, it will be a long time. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Absolutely love Sam's Club cakes. Great quality cake at an amazing price. The cake stays moist for several days, even unrefrigerated. Just keep in a cool spot in your kitchen. My folks love icing. Sam's Club always delivers with just the right amount of icing😊 You will not be disappointed. My only negative is I wished there were a few more color choices with the custom cakes.
