the cake was done wrong, the picture was wrinkled up on the cake and went I went back to get it fixed they could not redo the cake, I had to purchase a cake not decorated and find someone to decorated which cost me extra money. Not mention the customer service was awful and the lady in the bakery gave me attitude.

Upon picking up my cake at a scheduled time, there was no one in the bakery to assist me. i WAITED 34 minutes before a random employee took the initiative to help me (just had to hand me my cake). When I got the cake the writing was white in color...just like the icing so you could barely read the inscription. Waited another 15 min for someone to come and fix the cake, howeve4r nobody showed up....not even a manager. So I just took the because it was already paid for and hurried to the party for my mother's 85th birthday

Order was completely wrong I submitted a picture for the cake and not on the cake and order whipped icing and got buttercream. It was a cake for celebration of Life for my father in law. The only thing that was correct was color of icing and the wording Farewell Carlos

The cake tasted really good but the decoration’s were terrible!!! Sams club only lets you pick from 2 kinds of flowers or 2 kinds of balloons. (which are both ugly) So every birthday cake will look the same for all family members.☹️ corporate needs to get it together!!!!

The cake itself is great. Only being able to order online is horrible. The amount of customization is drastically reduced online compared to ordering in store. My wife ordered the cake and right after she placed the order she saw that she placed it for the wrong date. There was no way to edit the date or even cancel the order online. I had to go into the store to have them change the date which is ridiculous.

I ordered this customized cake for my sister's birthday and when I carried it to my car the cover popped open and the icing rubbed all over my shirt.. it's really not easy to put the lid back on. Then at the party trying to put the cake on the table, it broke in half!!

I do not like the fact that you have to order online for all cakes. Some of the prints they offer are not online for to choose from. I also dont like how its already charged to your club card when you pick it up. The elderly people dont know how to order online and have a hard time with it.

The cake wasn’t marble as I ordered but it was still delicious! Also had happy birthday decorations on it even though it said “Welcome Baby Boy.” But we didn’t notice until after the baby shower. I’d just say pay a closer attention to details, but the cake was really good!

Normally we love our cakes from there. They’ve changed the ordering so you have to do it online and not all the image numbers are on there and quarter sheet cakes are no longer available. We got our cake and there was a giant seam down the middle of the paw patrol picture.

Although the cake was pretty and tasted great, I don't like the online only ordering. There isn't any way to to be able to get the message on the cake print it out the way you want it.. Plus, you used to be able to get sprinkles or something added to the cake which isn't possible now.
