Custom Half Sheet Cake

Very disappointed that I can no longer order by phone or instore.  The customization is not user friendly, and there are so few choices.

Bring back in-store cake ordering

I ordered a custom picture cake for my son's birthday. The picture was put on upside down and the picture wasn't as big as I was told.

Good cake, wrong design

I ordered the birthday  cake, it was EXTERMELY DRY. Everyone was not happy with it. I won't order another cake from Sam's again

Birthday Cake

We were so delighted with our cake order for our 4 year old son.   Beyond expectations.. it was beautiful, and tasted wonderful!

THE BAKERY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB IN PLACING PICTURES FOR A NEIGHBORS 70TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION. THE CAKE WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND IT LOOKED LIKE A $500.00 CAKE. IT WAS SUPER YUMMY

Cannot really get a customized cake

Went to pick up the cake and it was in the wrong colors!  This has happened before! 😡

Very upset you don't have all the designs you have in store.  Ballons and roses that's it?????

No more cute cakes

The cake was poorly decorated with uneven lettering, a misshaped cake and it appeared that the person that decorated it either rushed through the job, or no one was looking over finished work. I was embarrassed to put this cake out at our daughter's adoption celebration and honestly felt Sam's should bave been embarrassed to allow something so poorly done to leave. The bakery manager was too busy to speak to me, but the store manager did at least refund my money. When I asked for them to redo another cake, I was told it would be an hour, which I thought was another example of unsatisfactory customer service. I can't imagine that I will ever order another cake from Sam's bakery again, or if i do, it will be a long time. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Absolutely love Sam's Club cakes. Great quality cake at an amazing price. The cake stays moist for several days, even unrefrigerated. Just keep in a cool spot in your kitchen. My folks love icing. Sam's Club always delivers with just the right amount of icing😊 You will not be disappointed. My only negative is I wished there were a few more color choices with the custom cakes.
