Very Dissapointed! Wow, "VERY" basic/limited customize choices online and have to pay online before seeing the results...No way! Wanted a cake to celebrate the U.S. Army birthday and National Flag Day. (I buy birthdays cakes to celebrate all U.S. military branches). The employee said they could do the Army logo but not the U.S. Flag, Whaat!!. No where can I request the Army Logo on this site. No forms to fill out in store either. I'm not sure why the employee told me they could do it. Sad that they went this route. Will find a store that does orders in person, no online!

Great cake, crummy website for ordering. I have always been very pleased with Sam's Club cakes - always moist, correctly decorated, ready on time. But since the corporate switch to only online or app ordering I have been increasingly frustrated trying to order what I want. Hard to find specialized cakes (such as sport, occasion, holiday, etc.) Sometimes I just give up trying and settle for some decoration I don't want just to get a cake ordered. I have also resorted to getting the cake elsewhere. Shame on Sam's Corporate for this "new and improved" customer service option (which is not an option, you can't order over the phone or in person at the store!) What about those senior citizens not well versed with using a computer or cell phone - has Sam's just written them off as customers??? Baaad marketing ploy.

It is an inconvenience that you can't pick the way you want your cake to be done as opposed to going into the store I don't like this online getting your cake is not the cake that I want but it'll be the last cake I get from here I used to always get my cakes here and I can't even get the cake the way I want it.
