Custom Half Sheet Cake

Work event, cake was a success.

The food coloring used in the icing tasted awful... which was very unfortunate considering the cake itself was moist and delicious.

I want to thank a young man with an amazing personality friendly and nice to customers his name is victor Coronado thank you for your help.

Bring back  the option to order cakes in person in club so I can talk to someone and get what  I want.  Your online cake ordering system is horrible.

I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and it was fantastic!!! It stayed fresh for several days! The price is unbeatable!

The ladies in there are always so friendly they accommodated me on my graduation cake a little bit last minute and did a excellent job cake was just how I wanted it everybody enjoyed it and it was super moist love their cakes

The cake was poorly decorated with uneven lettering, a misshaped cake and it appeared that the person that decorated it either rushed through the job, or no one was looking over finished work. I was embarrassed to put this cake out at our daughter's adoption celebration and honestly felt Sam's should bave been embarrassed to allow something so poorly done to leave. The bakery manager was too busy to speak to me, but the store manager did at least refund my money. When I asked for them to redo another cake, I was told it would be an hour, which I thought was another example of unsatisfactory customer service. I can't imagine that I will ever order another cake from Sam's bakery again, or if i do, it will be a long time. This experience has left me very disappointed.

The cake was moist and  delicious, (marble cake with buttercream frosting). We had red and yellow roses, the message was in red also, with red piping around the edge. They did a very nice job and followed our request perfectly. I have never been disappointed with Sam's cakes.
