We will replace all parts that are defective, if we are unable to replace the part, we will replace the entire Oxygenics shower unit. Proof of purchase from the original consumer must accompany all warranty claims. Please, do not return your product without first contacting Oxygenics. After 30 days from the original date of purchase, shipping and handling fees will apply. Different fees may apply outside the continental U.S
