Zinus Night Therapy 13" Medium-Plush Gel-Infused Memory Foam Mattress

Came all misshapen and customer service is terrible, also extremely hot even though I paid extra for “cool gel” which with my last cool gel of another brand was very good. The manufacturer tag says my mattress was made 2.5 yrs ago

Don’t buy

We bought this mattress a month ago and are extremely pleased. Much to my husband's grumbling, I decided to put a kingsize bed in one of the guest bedrooms and wanted to move our memory foam that I had always found to be warm to that bed.  
My hubby immediately began to gripe and complain that he was very comfortable with our old mattress. This scared me that I would not be able to please us both. I did hours and hours of research and it paid off. I'm sleeping cooler and more comfortably and my husband  absolutely loves the mattress. He said he is glad we changed.
