I've been enjoying this Cab for over 6 years now & is what convinced me to seek out the winery when I was vacationing in the area. I always make sure a bottle or 2 is in my quarterly shipment.

We have been purchasing the Cab for a couple years now, way before we even became members. We actually chose to become members specifically because of this cab.

Austin Hope Cabernets are simply outstanding. Big full body, mouth coating and the best, the finish lasts forever. A very smooth lush drinking experience that everyone will enjoy.

A Cab lovers Cab. The Austin Hope Cabernet is fruit forward with a delicious long finish. We like to age this wine, but it is ready to drink young too, if you decant.

We visited the tasting room with a group of friends and had one of the most amazing experiences. The Austin Hope Cabernet was my favorite. This wine is great with and without food. If you have a chance to visit the tasting room in Paso Robles do it!

My husband & I have never liked red wine. However, after a friend introduced us to AH cab, we were hooked! Hands down the absolutely best wine (white or red) we have ever experienced! No looking back now!!

I have bought many bottles of wine from Austin Hope and everyone, red and white have been an absolute pleasure. They make the best wine at a reasonable price. I only wish they still sold their Treana Chardonnay

Always impeccable and very fine cab and their price isn’t sky high like some. We’ve never been unhappy with any of the Hope wine - it’s all been wonderful!

Kind of addicted to this cab suav. So good. So easy to drink. Pairs well with any lovely meal. Is that too vague?
