My daughter told me about Austin’s Hope Cab. We were on our way to Pismo Beach. We decided to stop in for a taste. We were pleasantly surprised with this wine. It will always be on our top 5. We purchased three😄

We were introduced to AH 2 years ago. We used to like big cabs, but have become more fond of the lighter side now and AH provides the taste for us. It is more akin to a hearty Pino or even a Merlot. And the price is right.

Outstanding flavor and will lay well in your wine "cellar" for many years. When I want to treat my friends to EXCELLENT wine, this is the one I open.

It’s our favorite and we buy it all the time. We are recent wine club members and just upgraded our 6 bottle to 12 bottle membership so we can get more of it.

Across the board, Austin Hope wines are fantastic, and this is one of my favorites. It's decadent, fruit-forward and smooth, and so delicious to drink -- everything I love in a Cab.

The Best Cabernet from Paso Robles. I will always purchase wines from Hope Family as gifts, and they are constantly in my wine collection. The Austin Hope Cabernet is a must-try!

I've been enjoying this Cab for over 6 years now & is what convinced me to seek out the winery when I was vacationing in the area. I always make sure a bottle or 2 is in my quarterly shipment.

We have tasted and shared a bottle over dinner with friends, and have gifted a bottle of Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon to my Orthopedic surgeon. It’s delicious, well balanced, and puts a smile on your face after the first sip.
