Hate this couch, feels like something you would see in a RV/Camping trailer. Very hard, horrible quality and is not what you would of expected.

Hello, this is very unusual to hear. This is a great sectional. The assembly requires just a simple installation of the armrests: Begin attaching armrests with the sofa side, simply lift the sofa end into the arm brackets. On the chaise side, insert the armrest into the chaise brackets. Unite the sectional by linking the brackets in the middle. As far as returning, this could be completed with a phone call to Sam's Club, to arrange pickup from your home. Just as most have said already. The material is piling. The cushions look like they have been used for years. Have only had for less than a year. Do not waste your time or money on purchasing.
