This is a low cost solution to versatility that is nice looking and pretty comfortable. It looks and feels basic, almost minimalist. It's comfortable to sit on as long as you aren't looking to sink into something. The bench is a little short, so long legs aren't fully supported. For functionality, though, it really stands out. Setting it up for a bed surface is super quick and easy. The extra part that lifts up is very lightweight and the handles are great. And I love the storage section! The fabric is comfortable and looks like it would spot clean easily.

We love this sectional. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but it turned out to be perfect. I like to sit on it with the pullout put away (because I'm short 5'1"), but my adult daughter likes it pulled out (5'7"). It's a great piece for our apartment. It was easy to put together and pulling it out and putting it back in works smoothly. No complaints!

Really happy with the couch once I got it all set up. It's a good size for my office/game room. It's actually pretty comfortable too! Only complaint was the assembly. It has sections that you slide on which should be pretty easy but I tried to do it alone and it wasn't gonna happen without another set of hands to lift the pieces. Once I had my friend help me it was quick and somewhat easy. For the people saying it's difficult I can see why only because of the rails you have to line up. I would totally recommend the sectional but have a friend help you set it up for sure.

The size was just right for the guest room however the brackets that hold the arms on were backward on one side and the pull out bed comes off the rails when the the bed is pulled out. Fixed the arm brackets but fixing the rail situation is going to take some work.

Couch was delivered on time and in good condition. It arrived in two boxes. Very easy to put together, no tools required. It takes two people to assemble, but the pieces are not that heavy or big. (My sister and I put it together in less than an hour.) Assembled, the couch is compact -- perfect for a small area. The pullout that turns it into a bed is very easy to work with. The storage area is huge and easy to get to. I'm very happy with this purchase. A couple of decorative pillows and I've got a practical, modern looking room.

This sectional is awesome. It's easy to assemble from the boxes (comes in 2 shipments), looks great (add a few throw pillows for accent) and is comfortable to sit on. As a bed, it's a little firm to sleep on for more than a few days, but it's so easy to set up! I knew it would be perfect for our living room. Pillows, sheets and blankets can be conveniently stored in the built-in lounge section. Being reversible, we can move it to another location (as needed) to fit in almost any room, making it a good investment. I highly recommend this sofa to anyone needing a multifunctional seating/sleeping space. I slept on one similar to this at an Airbnb in Paris for a week and was a happy camper. I slept just fine on this one last month for a few nights. It's a no-brainer if this is what you are looking for!

Loved the size, Loved the fabric, loved the firmness. None of this mattered because the couch parts would not fit together. Paid for a professional to come fix the defects. The couch could not be fixed and return has been requested. I have lost time, money and still do not have a functional couch. I have been pleased with other Sam’s furniture purchases. I would not recommend this item.

While this sofa is well made and a perfect size for a small room, the seat is too narrow to accommodate even an average height man. The seating is also very stiff, although the back is comfortable. In trying to do a lot of things -- small size, chaise, pullout to a bed -- it lost sight of its primary mission -- comfort. Finally, it took weeks to be delivered, instead of the originally promised 10 days.

The pullout bed doesn’t stay on the track. When pulling the bed out, it comes right off even though it has little parts that should keep it from completely come out. Also, it doesn’t seem like the part that has the wheels that go on the tracks are wide enough, I believe what is happening is that it comes right off of the track from the side since it doesn’t reach.

Cute yet very Cheaply made! I received it Dec20... you have to connect three pieces together in order for the couch to be made whole NOT EASY you WILL need more then just one person to do so! One of the screws was broken inside the couch base when it arrived so by Dec 23 it broke ( the bed part) I believe it’s aluminum they are using as the base foundation to hold it up and not metal idk? I am very disappointed..... I just moved into my house November 1 so, I needed furniture to celebrate with my friends and family on Christmas day. I couldnt rely on this product to its full potential because the bed part is broken and I’m afraid someone will get hurt. I had to rent chairs Which was more money out of my pocket! As they say first impression is everything so made an appoint to complain to them because if they sent me out this product from the beginning I’m afraid to see what the second one would be like.
