500 miles; seems ok but louder than old tires

These tires replaced the OE Dueler H/L Alenza on my Tundra. So far, I have about 500 miles on them. The ride is better, and the new tires seem to have better grip in dry and rain than the old tires. However, they are louder, especially in the 35-50 mph range. Once up to 60 or so mph, they aren't singing quite as loudly. I specifically sought out tires that were not AT (all terrain) because I didn't want to hear a lot of tire noise. Maybe its due to the width (275/55R20)? Not sure. So if you want a really quiet tire, the Alenza AS Ultra is probably not it. I know Bridgestone makes an excellent tire, and I like that these tires are made in the USA, grip well, ride well, and hopefully function well for many miles as a good tire. But the noise is a put-off, and I just hope maybe it gets better after some more riding.

Quiet Ride

Bridgestone, has for the past 40 years, has been my choice for OEM replacement. Quiet ride has always been my objective, If the ride is quiet I feel all other atttributes to safety and mechanics are in place. Plus it always feels good to have a new set going into winter.

Purchased these tires a week before driving from Dayton OH to Chicago IL for the weekend. These tires are great. They're really smooth and quiet. The traction on dry and wet roads are incredible. I will say that they are a little high on the price but I did get a lifetime warrenty on the rotation and balancing with 4 free oil changes. But I do recommend this tire, just search around for the lowest prices. Plus check for rebates as I did and I'm receiving a $120 gift card back.

Alena 235/55R19 101v

These tires are rated for 80,000 miles. At 30,000 the belts started to separate, at 31,000 rubber started to peal off. Car dealers would not help said original tires don't have a mileage warranty...Bridgestone said the same thing. Poor quality tire, would not recommend.

Joe's Auto and Tire, Rochester, MN

We live 9 hours away from Rochester, MN. After multiple trips back and forth since February, it was determined health issues need to be addressed thus we became residents since May. Our tire were giving us problems with the wear and tear of the many trips we've had to make. We went in to Joe's, given immediate attention! Thus we were given quotes, accepted Bridgestone. The tires were ordered and several days later hooray! We had new tires to head home 9 hours away! Zach treated us with professionalism, patience, and was friendly, taking the time to answer our questions! Give the man a bonus! He is a keeper! Thank you Joe's Auto and Tire, the service staff, and especially Zach! This shop and staff are first class!

Decent tire but they don't last ling

These tires are decent, drove them over the Sierras during the winter and they did fine. They just don't last very long, had to replace before 17k miles. It's a bummer because I really wanted to like them but won't be getting them again. No milage warranty either.

Didn't last long

I have had these tires a little over a year and have put 21,000 miles on them and already time for new tires. I love bridgestone dueler thinking these would be as good with them having 80,000 mile warranty. Boy was I wrong. I would not recommend these tires. I should have gotten another 3 years out of them.

Tires bald at 20,000 miles

These tires come stock on the BMW IX. I have now had to replace 4 tires at just over 20k miles. This website says there is an 80k limited warranty; however, BMW tells me these tires have no mileage warranty. This feels like a scam to get people to change their tires every year. Who can afford this? Very disappointed.

The Classic driving guy

These Particular tires are very durable and at the same time the quite ride is awesome. This tire is the type of Product you would want to have on any of your Vehicles particularly for the quality, durability, comfort, quite ride, and most definitely for the Performance you'll immediately notice with out a doubt. This is a well thought out yet overall tire that you'll come to agree that it's the only type of tire that you would recommend, to family and friends alike for any Vehicle that they own.

Overhyped

Only put 200 miles on the Alenza ultra. Final decision was made due to the many good reviews. My honest review is that the tire is not that impressive. My hope was a truly quiet, comfortable ride. Just simply not impressed with ride. Spent the money so now stuck with them. Lets hope that at-least the longevity of the tire is at least good. I would not recommend this tire, especially at the price point.
