The toaster evenly toasts all types of bread. The heating element is quite different than I've seen before in toaster but it works just fine. I'm quite happy with my purchase. The only reason I give 4 stars is because in order to get the toast level I want (golden brown) I have to crank up the dial to 6 out of 7. It might be due to the types of breads I toast (Whole wheat and bagels) I'm not sure. Anyway I'm happy to keep it. And happy to be able to watch the toasting progress.

I love this product because you can actually use this toaster for bread, specialty bread & even bagels all with the same toaster. You no longer need to have different toasters for separate breads, this toaster was designed for about almost every single bread. It comes with an auto did shutoff so you don't burn your toast. The glass & crumb tray slide out so you can clean your toaster easily. And the recipe book that comes with this product, OMG I never knew I could make sure many items!!!! You can even defrost your bread, reheat your bread & do bagels!!!!!

I like that I can see the toast cooking so I know exactly when it is done to my liking. I don't know why all toasters aren't made this way because this is a game changer!

We had one for almost 10 years and decided to purchase a newer one before it stopped working. We love this toaster. It toasts everything to perfection. Being able to see what’s being toasted so we never have burned toast. Does a great job on bread, bagels, waffles, English muffins and anything else.

It is his favorite color and its function is phenomenal, it has different temperature changes, it is spacious enough, good quality material, something super interesting is that it comes with a manual where you can also see the different toasting changes, it is simply spectacular I highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design of this toaster and it is super easy to use. My kids are at the age where they like to make their own toast and waffles. I like that this raises up high enough when done toasting so they do not burn their fingers when removing food. Also they think peaking through the window is the greatest thing!

I'll be 70 on next bday and I have bought sooo many toasters in my life just trying to find one that would toast evenly on both sides. Even big name brands like my last one, a Cuisinart, have disappointed me. I am Thrilled with the Dash clear view from the very first piece of toast not to mention I can toast unusual bread size and even a whole hotdog bun just the inside of the bun if I want or both sides all at once. Just how wonderfully even it toasts makes it a miracle toaster. I learned a out it on America's test kit he. I'm going to have to thank them too

I have only owned the Clear View Toaster for a short time but am happy with the purchase. It toasts nicely and I enjoy being able to view and monitor the bread as it browns. I reserved one star because it will take time to find if this toaster is made to last.
