Not really happy with it. I do not like that it is encased in plastic. High heat toasters, especially coils should be encased in some type of metal. High heat will warp or even melt plastic. And it can put off a fume when overheated. I also opened the glass panel and a small piece of plastic fell out. Have no clue where it came from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many toasters through my years, my favorite being an old metal one that my kids broke long ago. Since then, most of the toasters I've had either died or had a failure to toast. When I say failure to toast, what I really mean is that they either burn the bread to a crisp or leave it completely raw. The only way to get the bread toasted has been to watch faithfully and try to pop it up before it burned. I'm talking like 8 toasters like that. This toaster is amazing. Not only does it toast well, but you can see it toasting. The book that it comes with has pictures of what the toast will look like at every level and it's pretty accurate, so that made it really easy to pick the desired setting without experimenting. It also has a really convenient crumb drawer that just pulls out instead of an annoying flap at the bottom. Since it uses a radiant heating element, it can take a minute longer than coil toasters, but that's not a concern for me. Overall, perfect for my needs. Love my toast.

I was looking for a toaster that could hold long bread and this fits the bill. It will hold one long bread where regular toasters won't. If you have regular size bread, you can put two pieces in at once. It also is wide enough for bagels. You can set the toaster to the shade of toast you want and watch it, which is cool. When the toast pops up, it is so powerful it literally pops right out of the toaster. It has a defrost mode which I've used for frozen waffles. I have also used the reheat mode, which works well. This toaster is very unique from any other toaster out there.

I love this toaster! My parents got it for me for Christmas as my old toaster from another brand was dying. This one saves so much more space than my other boxy one that was always awkward in my small college apartment kitchen. It is so cute and works perfectly. I use it almost everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toaster you can see how your toast bagels waffles are cooking if it is getting to where you what the color to be you can stop it you can only do two pieces at a time but it is worth it I no longer have to worry about my kids burning up the waffles anymore I love that it has 7 different settings

Loved the first one (Nov 2019), which unfortunately - after a period of taking longer and uneven toasting - just stopped. I know how to reset when the bar doesn't stay down, but nothing worked. I DID like it, even the occasional eject across the kitchen bonus... so will give it another try!

I spent a month researching different toasters and tried two, name-brand, pricey toasters which I returned because they did not toast evenly (dark on one side, light on the other). I just wanted a toaster that could toast - a reasonable request I thought but oh so elusive. Tried the Dash Clear View because of its style, colour, side control buttons, but mainly because of different technology (instead of rows of thin wire heating elements used in most other toasters, this uses heating tubes). I'm happy to say that the Dash Clear View toasts very well. It has a helpful user manual, it looks good, stays cool on the outside, but most of all.....it can toast.

I was looking for a toaster for big sourdough slices and this one is perfect. Mine stopped turning on after around 9 months (I think due to the sensor not triggering when you put the glass back on), but Dash sent me a new one right away. Highly recommend!
