As I busy vegetarian I'm not always able to consume enough protein during the day. I grab a boost in the morning and not only does it balance my nutritional intake but keeps me fuller longer. However it's not available in Europe!!!!! Bummer!

have diabetes and drank boost thinking it be ok see in Dr offices. I bought if I knew it was 37 carbs and 10 protein I would have passed. my sugar flew up. And it didn't even taste good. says nutritional but half ingredients is sugar

tastes good IF you can get the foil seal off the bottle Really, couldnt they put a bigger pull tab on it You need a fork or a knife to get the foil off

I just tried the Rich Chocolate "new great taste" and it is anything but great. Boost Original now tastes like Ensure which is why I have been drinking Boost. I will now be trying other brands.

I take it with me duck hunting for a little boast around 10:AM easy to carry along don"t need to bring a lunch a bottle of boost will take care of that hunger feeling. .
