I’m in love with the peaches and crème taste. Let me emphasize what it DOESN’T contain: NO artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors. NO pasty, chalky taste. NO bitter aftertaste. Perfect for meal replacement, before and after exercise or sports, road trips, camping and beach trips etc. Better tasting cold than room temperature. Would be a great addition to kid’s lunch boxes or those that need extra vitamins and nutrition. Excellent product!

The drink has 27 different vitamins and minerals included so it is well balanced for general nutrition benefit. The protein amount is 10 grams per serving which is decent. The only drawback I would say is the relatively high sugar content included in this drink. This drink would be good addition to those who think their diet is lacking in proper nutritional balance.

This Boost has Nutritional Energy to keep you going when you can’t eat or don’t have time to eat. It comes packed with all kinds of nutritional benefits like 10g of Protejn and 27 vitamins and minerals. This drink taste like a fresh glass of Chocolate Milk. It tastes so good I forgot I was drinking a Boost. I like to put them in the freezer for awhile to have an ice cold shake, a frosted smoothie or frozen ice cream. That’s right! Keep in freezer long enough to get the desired texture you love. I recommend trying Boost it’s delicious!

I like to use these a supplement during the day between meals and to ensure I am getting the nutrients I need. I will definitely buy more.

I have been drinking Boost for over twenty years, and recently tried the new formula of Boost Original. It does not taste as good as it used to, and contains Stevia, which makes me sick. I would drink 2x per day if you would change back to the original.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Boost nutritional drink in exchange for my honest review. I gave this a 3 star rating, good but not great. I tried the chocolate flavor and it is very chocolatey but it is a slightly chemically taste which frankly, all nutritional drinks I have tried are like this. This is a high protein drink but it has 37 grams of carbs with 15 grams of sugar with 0 grams of fiber. For me, without any fiber to offset the high carb count, I would not continue to drink this. It only has 1 gram of fat so if you are on a low fat diet this could work for you. If you are in a hurry and need something to tide you over until you can eat real food, this could work for you. Unfortunately, without fiber, I was hungry pretty shortly after I drank this. I think this could also be a good choice for an elderly person that needs to add some calories and protein to their diet.

It's very smooth, has no strange aftertaste, and is just an enjoyable way to get some extra protein and extra nutrients in your day. I received this for free to review but I would purchase it on my own and I recommend it.

The first 3 ingredients are water, glucose syrup, and sugar. The product tastes good initially but has a very strong after taste that made me want to brush my teeth after only a few sips. Maybe another flavor would have less after taste. I liked the idea of getting 10g of protein but it's 8 ounces of forcing myself to drink something where I don't like the taste.
