Not sure if it was the boost or not, I guess I’d have to try it again and see. The carb count is really high too. I think the chocolate was 41 g.

I tried the vanilla flavor and I'd like to try the chocolate next, but I would definitely have the vanilla again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a meal replacement shake.

The Peaches and Cream flavor is delicious! It is very smooth. For a nutritional drink it is very refreshing and makes you feel so good about drinking it. This is my new favorite flavor from this brand. I have recommended it to all my friends. I will buy this again!

Can be used early in the morning as a meal, i can add it to my coffee, or I can take with me when I am on the go! I love Vanilla Boost and drink 2 to 3 every day. I like the Glucose Control the best because it has the least amount of sugar, and it tastes wonderful. I need a lot of protein for my health as a kidney transplant patient, and Boost is perfect for that.

I decided to use the Boost Original Nutritional Drink to give myself a lift in the morning. I enjoyed the chocolate flavor and the drink went down smooth. My energy level was higher than usual throughout the morning. The protein in the Boost Original Nutritional Drink definitely does the job. I plan to purchase some more in the near future.
