Some are loaded with sugar and others have artificial sweeteners that upset my stomach. I was so excited to try the Boost original chocolate drink! It wasn't too grainy and had a smooth texture. It almost tasted like chocolate milk! Boost has a great amount of protein in the bottle too! The only downside is their products are a little expensive. However, most protein products are expensive. In this case, quality means paying a little bit more.

I love Peaches and Cream! I can only drink so much because I am on warfarin. Boost has Vitamin K and it works against my warfarin. It is my favorite flavor. It's hard to find in stores, so we order from the company. Cases at a time. I drink it for energy.

I tend to try new ones once in a while to help with my vitamin deficiencies and have found this to be one of the better ones. Because it has the high protein it helps with the morning meal skips when I’m busy. The peach flavor was pretty good but it’s a little sweet. It’s definitely very convenient to grab and go with it. Texture was pretty smoothe and didn’t seem awkward or anything.

I’ve often purchased Boost in the past for my Dad who wasn’t getting enough good vitamins/protein/etc. Doctors recommended actually for him. The calories are a bit high but it’s packed with good things. The taste of chocolate was yummy-it’s like having a milk shake. The consistency is a little bit grainy but overall tolerable. Having 10 grams of protein, I was able to get through the afternoon without feeling lethargic or hungry and that is a huge win. I enjoyed the packaging, it was simple and effective. I also appreciated that there was no weird texture that is normal for protein drinks and no aftertaste. Overall, I do recommend using this product.

My favorite. I became a Boost fan when I was in the hospital for a month, several years ago, and my taste buds were terrible. Everything in the way of food that they brought to me, made me sick trying to eat it. They put me on Boost 4-5 times a day, and I am hooked. I am never without it now, and love the Peaches and Creme, which is hard for me to find in Atlanta sometimes.
