We're a Ninja family. This was the 2nd air fryer we've purchased. I love the dual baskets & all the features. Money well spent.

Product worked well and air fried food well, however the basket has rusted after a year or so of use. Always washed by hand, but it did not last.

This was a gift to our family a couple of years ago and we use it almost daily! Our main use is the air fry and bake option. It is so nice to have the ability to cook two things at once (at different temperatures or the same, and with different timers). The bake option preheats quicker than my oven, so when I'd like the same affect and not have to wait as long it's convenient. The trays are easy to clean IF you clean them shortly after use. Not scrubbing off all of the oils or whatever you cook with will leave spots that are very tough to remove. I recommend finding a permanent place to store it because it's on the heavier side and is large, so storing is not a great option.

I truly love this product. We needed a bigger basket due to us having a bigger family now. We did not have a ninja airfryer before, so we had to learn extra about the product, but overall, it was an easy experience. The food comes out perfect. Ours even has a smart match timer, which has your food in both baskets finish at the same time. Safety wise, it's pretty safe. The only thing is that when you pull out the basket, it keeps running, so just don't stink your hand in there.

I bought this Ninja Foodi XL Air Fryer for couple years and it still work great . This Air fryer you can bake , fry , roast , reheat , dehydrate and keep warm and you can set a time for what you want . I've had this ninja for a year and a half now and I'm really happy with it! Makes the food very crispy and delicious! So easy to reheat food to make it taste like newly made! I've noticed that preheating the air fryer a few minutes before putting food in really helps getting that crispness
