Not happy, ninja was purchased on sale and I had to return because of malfunction of the unit. Sam's did not have another one in stock so instead of refunding my cc the rep issued a gift card which will cost me 40.00 more for same item.  I have spoken to 2 individuald from your store and was not helpful at all.  I m a plus member and should not have been treated this way...  This was at the Sam's on Marshall road in San Antonio TX.
