I was eyeing this air fryer for a while. Finally decided to purchase, only to be extremly disappointed. Unboxed, checking out all the features and set it on the counter. I removed the baskets to clean before use, and find chips and cracks in one of the baskets. Brand new unopened or used, now I have to return this item.

I was reluctant to purchase an airfryer because I was nervous about the learning curve that comes along with cooking with something new. We used our airfryer as soon as we bought it to make wings for a football watch party. Everyone who came raved how the wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also made mozzarella sticks and other finger food that turned out excellent. So happy with our purchase!!!

The whole idea of providing 2 items to serve is defeated by the fact that if you use both baskets.....you just doubled your cook time. The wattage on this unit is less than Ninja's single basket model!? CONVENIENCE AND SPEED is the attraction of air fryers and this lacks both. Not to mention the baskets are smaller than the single unit. Returning to store.

We previously owned a supermarket own brand air fryer and made the switch to a ninja.. wow! One massive upgrade! It’s cooks so much faster, it’s smarter, it’s better in every single way. The drawers and trays are dishwasher proof which makes it easier to clean. The drawers click into place and it automatically turns off when a drawer is removed. So many functions, we only use air fry but it can do so much.

This is the best air fryer I have ever used hands down! The cooking is fast and cooks thoroughly, the dual baskets it's a plus and you can even time stuff to finish at the same time! It's built to last and was easy to use and set up out of box! I've not had to fix anything or had anything go wrong!

I replaced my old air fryer with this one but find it to be a little too big. My food cooks differently in each basket. I am now only using one basket at a time. Maybe I is just my machine but I think I will have to replace with a different one. 3 stars since it does cook well on one side.
