Excellent product

The whole idea of providing 2 items to serve is defeated by the fact that if you use both baskets.....you just doubled your cook time. The wattage on this unit is less than Ninja's single basket model!? CONVENIENCE AND SPEED is the attraction of air fryers and this lacks both. Not to mention the baskets are smaller than the single unit. Returning to store.

I was reluctant to purchase an airfryer because I was nervous about the learning curve that comes along with cooking with something new. We used our airfryer as soon as we bought it to make wings for a football watch party. Everyone who came raved how the wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also made mozzarella sticks and other finger food that turned out excellent. So happy with our purchase!!!

This air fryer is outstanding! All the functions working efficiently. Food is alway crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Soooo EASY to clean! Long square design leaves ample prep space on the counter, If you’re having trouble with using the correct times when dual air frying, Read the directions! Food Ninja Rocks!

LOVE THIS AIR FRYER! Easy to use, clean, and fits in any space we have! It is not as bulky I thought. The features on this bad boy is amazing & love how you don't have to only use it as an air fryer. Very sturdy and has been lasting for almost 2 years!

Absolutely love it I don't understand all the negative reviews. Honestly we use it religiously and it's been great. We have made pork chops, half chickens, tater tots , fries, heated up pizza from next day, tacos, and overall used it more than our microwave. We got our last year. It's been holding up amazingly. We clean after every use as you should. Some people are dirty and will use it without cleaning maybe that's why they have the issues. I do not use a dishwasher even though the plates are safe I rather wash all my stuff by hands regardless.

First, I can roast a chicken in under an hour that is better than any rotisserie chicken you can buy. I rub a little olive oil on my roasting hen and season, put it in my air fryer on roast at 350 and miracles happen. I love that I can be making 2 different things at once and I can using Smart Finish have them get done at the same time. Foods are done quicker and nothing is greasy, this is healthier eating and everything seems to taste better too. Cleanup is a breeze, I use a damp sponge and haven't needed to soak or scrub yet. Another awesome feature, cool down at the end of the cooking cycle, I can even adjust the timer down to 0 to get the fryer to cycle down. You can use baskets separately or together to fry, bake, roast, reheat foods, dehydrate or even air broil. The match cook function means you can put the same thing in both baskets to double your capacity to make just about anything. As if all these features aren't enough, you can find so many recipe ideas online tailored to Ninja Foodi products, I have loved most that I tried. This air fryer is more than a time saver, it keeps my kitchen so much cooler and has really allowed me to be creative and made it possible to make meals in a pinch.

I was eyeing this air fryer for a while. Finally decided to purchase, only to be extremly disappointed. Unboxed, checking out all the features and set it on the counter. I removed the baskets to clean before use, and find chips and cracks in one of the baskets. Brand new unopened or used, now I have to return this item.
