Customer Service is not the same

The product lasted few months only until with minimum use burned inside and a strong smell of burning wires made me disconnect the unit, Customer Service keep redirecting me to the wrong department on the chat and over the phone , the last 5 (helpers) ended the conversation before we finish (not very professional as it used to be), Ok the product didn't worked as expected but just tell me that only the manufacturer offers warranty since day one, I was offered a refund a reference number etc... after a week they say that the refund will be rejected because I spoke with the wrong department and when they are the ones who keep redirecting me and cutting the conversation, it looks like there is no managers to on C Service online to guarantee quality and accuracy in the answers.
