I bought 4 new Pirelli tires several months ago. Within a month, I had a blowout on I85N at night in the rain. The following day I called Pirelli and was told to mail them the damaged tire so they could inspect it. The tire was in several pieces and in shreds. A couple of months later, I got a reply. They said I had been riding on over or under-inflated tires for quite some time and that was why the tire blew out. Thus, no replacement. The truth is that I check my tires daily. Every day. THEN, I had another blowout! Yes, two blowouts withing six months. I will NEVER buy Pirelli again.
