Good balance of price and quality

Have had these for a month now. My hearing is only mildly reduced until you get to the higher freq, then it tends toward moderate loss. These aids have certainly increase my ability to hear in all freq much better. Adjustments have been very easy and quick when visiting my local Sam's Club. Good quality without breaking the bank. Very well worth the expense.

Hearing Aides

Definitely not worth the money. Supposed to have been an upgrade from what I had. Would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible service time on Hearing aid Repairs!!!!

I am on my second set of hearing aids from Sam's Club. I have spent over 10k on hearing aids with Sam's club. The first set were good an the serves was good also. I purchased an extended warranty on the hearing aids and received good quick service when needed. If they had to be sent in I received them back in 4 to 5 days. I just sent my second set of hearing aids off for service, after 11 days I still don't have my hearing back and no idea when they will come back. It appears that customer service on repairs is a thing of the past and they do not give a care is the customer is inconvenienced or not. I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you want customer service on repairs. In house service is good but if the equipment has to be sent out for repair be ready to be without your hearing aids for weeks.
