Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on our JBL Tune 510BT. Please try with a different charging cable. Try directly plugging it into a working wall outlet. Observe the charging port for debris or bent pins. Try charging the speaker overnight. Move the charger around the charging port to see if that helps.
