Received this as a Christmas gift and they worked great, until they just stopped connecting to my computer. Quite frankly, no matter how much I charge them, my computer says they are still at 40%. Whenever I power them on, they enter pairing mode, but never connect. Was absolutely amazing while it lasted though. They also had choppy audio on and off for a couple of hours and I tried a wired pair and had 0 issues.

I highly recommend you this headphones they are so good end very loud the sound is perfect bass is sup they are pretty I got the white ones some of my friends say they will trun black because they white when they didn't trun they are clean white you should buy it they are very good

I wanted to give your product the five star review they deserve and to let the world know what a wonderful product this is. My girlfriend gifted me these headphones and I love them not only do they exceed the expectations required of them but they honestly saved my life. I wanted to personally say thank you to JBL for creating a product made of such great quality. I work in a warehouse and at the moment didnt have any equipment to protect my head as I was removing and installing racks and thank God I did have my JBL headphones on because the ravks came down one after another right onto my head hitting the JBL headphones! If I didnt have on the headphones those racks would have split my head right bbn open. So thank you sincerely f rye om the bottom of my heart JBL your headphones miraculously saved my life.

I bought these headphones about 4 months ago. I rarely used them until this current month. They have worked perfectly fine and stayed charged for HOURS after a single charge, loved this! However, out of nowhere I am in lecture and my left headphone went out then the headphones turned off. I turned them back on, but they would not connect to either of my laptops or my phone. Previous to shutting off, it worked fine with all devices. I tried to factory reset the headphones, but all it does is blink blue and will not show up to pair with my devices. Will not be buying from here again.

Im sure other reviewers have mentioned about the sound, the sound is acceptable to me even though my favourite is still my wired in-ear phones from a Japanese brand that I used to work for. But that came at a price that could have bought 3 sets of this so I don't really expect the sound to be equivalent The phones fit me really well and they also fit my kindergartner - im 5'3” and she is 3'10”. That said, I find the normal sized headphones too large and cumbersome so I'm very glad to find something my size (real kids headphones don't fit me either). Now I can enjoy TV when my husband is working from home in the same room and I can walk around the whole apartment still hearing what goes on with the programme. Even though this has no ANC and I can hear running water when I wash dishes, I don't hear anything from further than 6ft away with these on. The feature that has some issues is the multipoint connection. When I connect to both the TV and the phone, the tv sound crackles and skips quite a bit. With one device, the Bluetooth connection is very stable. Overall I love these!

I purchased the headphones to help relieve some stress with my poor hearing. I guess the phones work OK if the instructions contained in the box weren't akin to reading hieroglyphics. Not only was the print on the instructions faint and not very clear. I am still working to get them paired with my smart TV.

It's really flimsy if you bump them into things or drop them they crack and become loose, and the wire is exposed afterwards. It's good but it's not great for long time use. Maybe as a stand-in but I don't recommend it for clumsy people as you'll break it most likely within 5 months. The sound quality is good as well as the battery life it's just the fact that they can twist so I don't think It was made badly. Overall not a bad product just a little breakable but easily fixed with hot glue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the good pair for the price. At first didn't expect a lot, but the battery lasts and easily can use for whole day. The sound is a bit higher on low and needs a bit of clarity. No complaints for the price point.
