No matter which size tops I use these kill my ears after about 15 minutes of use! So painful! Skull Candy wireless ear buds are better then these and they only $40!! They’ve never hurt my ears! I really wanted to love these but I hate Apple ear buds, every single version sucks!

Serious connectivity issues with Bluetooth. My phone and AirPods have been updated to latest versions. Connecting when in the case causes battery drain. One pod will connect and one doesn’t. They have a mind of their own. Very disappointing. First time I’ve been let down by apple. I’ve never bothered to read their reviews before because I trusted them. I will be returning them and finding different reliable wireless noise canceling headphones.

They are a better fit than the 3rd generation. I also think the fact that you can change the volume on them is very useful especially while working. Noise cancelling isn't the best but if you have music on at even a low volume it definitely works a charm. Great for drowning out whiny children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AirPods Pro 2 work like a dream. The noice cancellation and spatial audio alone are worth it. They measure up to my old Shure 535s. They connect to my iPhone easily with their own category, and I got a free 6 month Apple Music trial. Very happy with my purchase.

The difference between these and the regular airpods is like night and day. I was amazed at the little nuances in my music I'd never noticed before. They also fit my ears much more comfortably and securely. The only negative is that for this price, you'd think they'd include a wall adapter.

These aren't authentic AirPod pros. They fixed almost of the differences that you could tell them apart at first but they are not real at all. Terrible quality when playing at low volume and the features it's supposed to boast aren't even noticeable.

I bought a new pair of AirPods Pro for my daughter’s birthday. Ordered online to ship to my house (not delivery). I received an opened box of used AirPods Pro that were not even clean. Literally had ear wax in it. I did not pay for used or refurbished. Went immediately to Walmart to exchange them. They did not have any new AirPods in stock so we went to Best Buy. Should have gone there in the first place.
