Sound is amazing and the noise reduction is extremely good. I work in a loud environment and to be able to talk on the phone and them be able to hear me is what I have been looking for!

I think they were refurbished. A birthday gift to my grandson. The box was not sealed and the person’s name was “Natalie “ when to tried to set up the blue tooth

When I received the AirPods, the noise cancellation and transparency did not work and sometimes the audio would randomly pause. I spoke to apple support and they tried to help me but at the end they just told me to return it.
