Bought at great price as Christmas gift. Not opened yet..stay tuned.

I ordered a pair of AirPods at three different stores, drove for total of 4 hours, just to cancel all mobile orders, buy one in store, BUT ITS USED AND LOOKS LIKE crap. IT RINGS IN YOUR EARS AND SOUNDS LIKE AN OLD TV CHANNEL FOR THE FIRST MINUTE. and there’s tons of scratches. This was for a present for a relative who is visiting and when he opened it. He laughed. They’re not even the same AirPods either. I would like to return them, however the store I bought this from is two hours away from me. What can I do?!?

Rip off - not the real AirPods and damaged

Great alternative to over the counter hearing aids if you only have mild hearing loss when you put in transparency mode.  Much better than hearing aids because when you want to listen to music or other streaming content the dynamic range is better and not just the mid range of vocals.
