Shortly after getting the TV I had to switch back to cable TV in order to get a channel to watch my hometown NHL team. I have never in 51 yrs set up a TV by myself. I was thrilled with myself to slowly figure it out! I love all the options for different services! Lots of choices for movies during this quarantine time. I have been incredibly happy with the picture, sound but all of the options make it even better!

I got a relatively amazing deal for it too. 2 small complaints though. 1) The TV will randomly drop the wifi connection and will not load the screen to hook it back up unless I reset the TV to when I first purchased. 2) The troubleshooting/ customer assistance area on the TV is a joke and very difficult to navigate. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The smart TV software is the best I've seen and it makes me feel like I spent so much more money than I did on this TV because I have the best TV and all my friends! Great screen quality easy to set up. Lots of online and app help.

We were so pleased to find it that setting it up was actually relatively simple! Having had smaller LG televisions in the past, we knew we could count on it for long-term reliable playing and now rest in the certainty that it will be working for us for years to come. We really appreciate the LG brand and its solid reliability.

The price was ok but other places cheaper. TV- Nothing special. The remote is the worse ever used! The cursor is stupid! It reverts to LG channels instead of last channel watched - annoying. Cannot get HBOMax app on it. The picture & sound are good. The size was perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this TV for weeks now and it has proven to be a good choice. 4 stars only because I am still getting familiar with all the posibilities. Picture is great, sound is better than old unit and I still have not used my older sound bar. I really like that there is an ethernet connection for the web apps.

The only drawback is that there is a slight bit of latency when a sound bar is connected. It seems some type of compensation would have been made to allow for utilizing exterior sound equipment since so many are using other sound options

It has such a clear picture and the best sound of any TV that I have ever had. The magic remote is really one of the things that I like the most about it. It makes it so easy to manuever between channels. All in all this TV has exceeded my expectations and I am very, very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own a few LG TVs, I bought this TV as a Christmas gift for my daughter to upgrade her to a Smart TV; great picture quality and very easy to set up and connect to your home network. It came with several of the streaming apps we use already preloaded and the app store makes it easy to download and enjoy streaming content. I would highly recommend LG if you are looking to replace or upgrade your current tv experience.
