Did have a problem with this one after 6 months but LG sent out a tech to our home and was able to fix it quickly at no charge. Actually this was the only problem we've ever had with their products. I'm very satisfied with this tv. The picture and sound is very good. Don't even need to use my LG sound bar, as it is very loud and clear! Will definitely keep purchasing LG products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really really love this smart TV. The colors pop. The built in speakers arent bad at all (but I did get a sound bar setup for movie nights). The remote I think is over-engineered and bulky. The LG store and app selection is fairly good BUT sorry LG - your lack of HBO Max app forces me to use my fire TV for all my watching needs. Because I also have LG smart washer/dryer, its REALLY COOL that my TV has pop up messages that my laundry is done because I cant hear the chimes from their location. I wanted a Samsung initially but for the same size TV, theirs was only 60hz so this one was a no brainer. All the same features plus 120hz and $150-200 less?.....just get one! "Life is Good"!!!

The menus are simplistic, I even understand them. Highly recommend the LG line of TV's. I can say the same towards the LG phones.

My experience for LG is almost same that LG is best among all it's competitors. Recently I purchased another brand (don't want to mention name) TV with three year warranty and within 4 month TV started getting a line in the middle of the picture. Using remote for that brand was again a tedious work as I was very fed up with that toggling between button pressing. Complained to the company and with more than a month follow up, nothing happened. I finally talked to the place where I purchased the TV and with all short of my frustration they agreed to return that. After that without thinking a second, I purchased LG Brand same size TV. I paid a few bugs extra. Now I have previous brand and my favorite LG Brand TV comparisons. Below are my clear observations for LG: Far better picture quality Better sound Mora apps and thousands of free to air channels Magic Remote is something which is very helpful specially if you do lot of search. Nevertheless - peace of mind. So, now I have decided that in future if I have to purchase any TV, my brand will be LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: built-in apps are convenient (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu), and work very well with a high-speed internet connection. Picture quality is excellent (some adjustments to settings are necessary though). Cons: Settings menus are *very* slow. Like, maybe 5 to 10 seconds response time after selecting an item. Once you are further in, like the screen where you can scroll through brightness, contrast color, etc. it isn't so bad. The most recent firmware update did not noticeably improve this. Fortunately, after getting things set up the way you like, you won't have to go there much. Here are my recommendations for picture settings: Standard picture settings; turn off most automatic adjustments (except for color gamut), and other “extra” processing. These are the important ones, that I sometimes fiddle with, a notch or two either way: Backlight: 44 Contrast: 80 Brightness: 51 Sharpness: 26 Color: 61 Tint: R2 Color Temp: W2

Went through all methods of correction and finally just hooked ethernet cable. I am going to recommend this TV but be aware of WiFi connection problems

Really love that I can connect to the internet to watch my grandson's basketball games. Hope they are the Discovery Plus all soo, but I have connected thru the internet in the meantime which was very easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to buy a 4k smart Tv for the living room I know in behind , this 65" Smart TV with magic remote is the best money I've spent, crystal clear picture, many options and the remote is actually very useful. I highly recommend this TV. LG channels was a huge plus! Will be buying one for bedroom soon.

I did have to tweak the picture from the defaults to optimize it for my viewing, but once that was done I think the picture is excellent. Also I view TV via an outdoor antenna and find the tuner in this TV to be very good for picking up stations. I don't use the "smart tv" features as I have a Chromecast with Google TV and a Roku hooked up to it via HDMI ports. Finally the one thing I did find kind of frustrating is the remote. The "Wii esc" remote didn't cut it for me. Went out and got a basic remote to control the TV.

I stream my TV programs and on some TV that can be a real struggle getting where to need to be, not only initially setting it up but each time to turn it on. But with my LG TV is a breeze. If you like overall excellence in performed and ready to navigate all in one LG is for you. I bought mine for my bedroom where I watch TV because my husband was truly hair with his LG purchase for the living room that he bought 18 months ago. LG is for us!!
