The smart remote is awesome and makes navigation much easier. While trying to make a decision in the store i noticed that picture on this tv was a little better than the others.

The picture is sharp, features are plentiful, onboard sound is good, although I did follow-up and purchase an LG soundbar, as the setting is on a large double high ceiling room. Value is excellent.

Not easy to figure out, instructions not very clear, not intuitive at all. Actually had to get my 12 year old daughter to help me figure it out. I guess I am just out of the age group that has a better grasp on this tech stuff.

We love the quality of the movies we watch! We shopped around - we KNOW we got top quality at a great price! We would definitely buy LG again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television was an excellent replacement for our old Sony when it died last month. It has great features and excellent connectivity. The only word of warning is the remote which is a point a click set up. We have 3 generations under our roof ranging from 21 to 83. Unfortunately the 83 yr old is often held hostage by a floating pink arrow that she struggles to steady.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV, great picture and easy to setup. The magic remote added in the setup. I have had no problem with the tv and highly recommend it. The only issue I have is that it does offer an app for spectrum so I have to use roku to stream my spectrum channels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in a pinch after my 10-year old LG Plasma had died. Like and trust the LG brand. TV seemed to be a good value, but after less than two weeks, realized the viewing angle was too narrow for my preference and returned the TV. The color, sharpness, and contrast of the set were okay, but you have to be directly in front of the set. After returning the set, went to another store and bought a 49" LG Nano, the next tier up, which is a little more expensive, but worth it.

It's has everything you want Alexa, google assistant and all the apps that you usually want to have it line netflix, prime and others I would totally recommend to others.
