Unreliable

Fabulous TV but the remote is somewhat complicated with the wheel function and pointer.  Simply put, the remote pointer is just to many functions in a remote.  It was a great idea in the lab, but they should not have ever released the feature to the public.  

While the remote is frustrating at times, it would not have prevented me from buying the TV.  It is simply a great TV at a great price.
