Lasts me a work of meal prep. Don't love the added sugars, but the vanilla flavor is very pleasant. I like this product for the amount of protein it includes.

The taste of this yogart is good. I wish it was thicker like other yogarts. It could also have more of a vanilla taste. Overall I buy it because it is a greek yogart with lower calories.
