I was kinda of worried when I read some of the reviews! But this machine is a godsend! So easy to make so many things. NOW FOR WHOEVER can’t read the instructions IT DOES NOT COME WITH STEAK FLAT IRON OR HANDEL but has everything else got mine on a door buster and it is the best air fryer/oven/a few other things. I have had a few air fryer’s and this one by far is top notch! Easy to clean easy to use. The only thing I can’t tell you is longevity as it’s 2 ish months old. But has been wonderful and makes the best food!! Can be set to custom temp and times. Can cook with top or bottom heating elements or both. Just an all around good machine. Missing grill plate and handle

The air fryer is great, how ever a grill plate and handle was supposed to be in included. This is definitely false advertising! I can’t even find any information on where I can buy (a second time) a grill plate and handle. After spending almost $200, I really don’t think I should have to buy what was missing in the box.
