This bed was a very hard lump when it first arrived but has softened up a lot in the past month. I am happy that it came with a return policy because I am honestly not sure if I will be keeping it. I think I prefer more pillow top and soft. This bed does nothing to relieve back pain and actually seems to be causing back pain if I sleep on my back. I recently had a better night sleep on a hotel mattress that was really nothing special. I am not sure this bed was worth all the money.

Slept on the mattress 3 months. It's taken a bit of work to break in the mattress. I walked on it for a total of 75 minutes per my salesperson's recommendation. My back feels great most mornings. It's a little more firm than I'd like for side sleeping.

We went with the Temper-ProAdapt Soft for both of us....We love them. More comfortable than our old mattress! We ordered them directly with Tempur-Pedic, and have had a great experience. We purchased the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and after a couple nights of adjusting to a new bed we have been sleeping better than we ever have!!! Our hips and back no longer hurt and we wake up in the morning refreshed! This bed is well worth every penny and our only regret is we were not able to get this bed sooner. Thank you!

We purchased the King PROADAPT 2.0 and the ERGO 3.0 Base and have not been disappointed. Both are made of quality materials and function perfectly together. We checked out other brands but are extremely pleased we settled on Tempurpedic after our son and daughter-in-law recounted their satisfaction with their purchase of the 2021 version of these two pieces.

Awesome bed but when delivered left it at very high height; customer service said 'nothing we can do' and tried to do it ourselves but to no avail. Definitely buy the bed but be certain delivery does not leave until you try out all aspects and they will not come out afterwards.

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. This is our second Tempur-pedic in the last 20 years. Both have been great. If you want a great night's sleep and alot fewer aches and pains this is the only way to go. In fact our old Tempur pedic and bases had alot of life left in them and our daughter and her husband loved it. So now they have it and couldn't be happier.

This mattress is comfortable and is almost firm enough for us. What brings it down from an A is we know that after 5-10 years this mattress that is already not firm enough will be even softer and uncomfortable. We were told this is the most firm mattress sold by Tempurpedic. :(

I did not expect my new mattress to dramatically change my sleep. My old one had become saggy in the middle. I frequently woke up feeling uncomfortable, with a crooked neck or achy legs. I was shocked after my first night on my firm mattress. I didn't wake up in the night feeling uncomfortable. I didn't have to constantly readjust my position. I slept so much better I noticed I was having long, detailed dreams. That hadn't happened in a long time.
