AFTER deliverymen set up bed and we made up with new linens, we discovered registration form required serial number from a tag on underside of mattress on headboard side. My elderly wife had to completely strip and take off the mattress to find it. The tag should be more accessible or the delivery process should have done this in advance. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Purchased our Pro Adapt Firm to replace a Tempur-Pedic purchased in 2004 ...I had spinal fusion surgery then and bought it on my Doctors recommendation...my wife recently had a similar back surgery and we decided to retire our old mattress and get a new upgrade with an Ease Base...we continue to be happy and comfortable...especially our backs...Count us VERY SATISFIED Customers...

I've suffered back pain due to bad mattress and pillow. The firm Tempur pedic mattress is the only mattress that helped ease the pain and offered a good night sleep. My other half loves it just as must as I do. I love the fact that is contour to my every move without that sinking feeling from most foam mattress. It's pricey but we'll worth the money.

I bet 90% of my aches and pains have diminished or disappeared completely since owning my Tempurpedic. I am amazed and so glad I was able to find a mattress that does what it's suppose to. I have owned numerous mattresses in my day but this will be my forever mattress now. They are pricey but if it works for you then worth every penny!

This is our second temper-pedic mattress. The first mattress we purchased several years ago is now used in our guest bedroom. For some unknown reason, we (wife and I) convinced our self to replace the master bed mattress with a competitors product (air mattress). We had purchased extra bed sheets and even though we never open the package the dealer would not give a reimbursement after 90 days. This was 3-years ago. Big mistake! We had enough sleepless nights and decided to revisit a temper-pedic dealer. Don't we swayed so take my advise and stick with what you know and trust. We upgraded to this mattress from a "hybrid" Sterns & Foster. My wife has severe scoliosis and needed a pure foam, firm mattress. The Pro-Adapt is just a great mattress. Cool, super supportive, and really terrific for people who have spinal issues such as my wife. I love it too. Best mattress of about a dozen that I've owned in my life. Wish it were cheaper, because then I'd buy two more for the other bedrooms.

I was looking to invest in a very good quality mattress and after spending many days researching and reading reviews and then several hours in stores laying on and trying out different mattresses, it ultimately came down to this model vs a traditional custom made mattress. Both were close to the same price point and ultimately I chose the Tempur Pro Adapt Hybrid. I love this bed for the fact that I no longer wake up with neck or back pain, and it is VERY comfortable, however the trade off is that I wake up drenched. Even though this was touted has having cooling properties, I did not find this to work for me. So if you are prone to sleeping on the warm/hot side, this is something to keep in mind.

Best money I've ever spent was on a good sleep from these fellas. My back doesn't hurt, my hips don't hurt, my shoulders don't fall asleep, and my wife is happy. Happy wife, happy life!

We are still breaking it in but I will say it is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We did trade out the box springs for the smaller version because of height issues. We wished the box springs came in a small, medium, or large. We would have preferred a medium height. Still we are enjoying great sleep.

We purchased the King PROADAPT 2.0 and the ERGO 3.0 Base and have not been disappointed. Both are made of quality materials and function perfectly together. We checked out other brands but are extremely pleased we settled on Tempurpedic after our son and daughter-in-law recounted their satisfaction with their purchase of the 2021 version of these two pieces.
