You company needs to get a system for changing an address to the right person the gift was to go too. I had to spend 34 dollars to send USPS these items to my son to keep him from freezing to death in North Carolina Mountains were the temp were going to be in the teens in December There needs to be a easy way for me or anybody to change the address while it is still in your Company's pre-shipping phase. I thought I was getting shipped from the Hickory NC store, I spent 9 days either Chat or on the phone calls. NOBODY COULD HELP.
