I bought The NutriBullet about 2 1/2 months ago and one of the blades was defective. I called, the person apologized and promptly took my information. I bought this product a few months ago, one of them became INOP. I reported through email and phone call; one person returned my call which i missed due to a meeting but no one follow up afterwards. I then wrote another email yesterday and finally got a response of replacing the product. The customer service representative was "Brain". Thank you for not passing me off for another time or setting up another call from another representative.

Bought this to make healthy smoothies at home and it is great. Don't waste your money at smoothie shops. I have the Nutribullet 600 watt and makes way better smoothies than these shops and cheaper too. Very easy to use and cleanup is super easy. Good investment by far.

I hesitated for months to purchase this item and I couldn't be more pleased that I did. I regret waiting so long. This is the easiest kitchen appliance you will ever use and the fact that it is extremely beneficial to your health makes it absolutely amazing. It takes 30 seconds to use and 30 seconds to clean up. I love this thing and I gave the second one to my daughter who is a former JUICER and she loves it as well. Best purchase I have made in a LONG time!!!!!!!!

I've used mine frequently but not daily for about a year and just recently it started to make a loud noise and these little black or brown pieces are showing up in the base when I use it and it smells like something's burning. For the amount of money I spent on it this shouldn't be happening. If it's not going to last then they shouldn't be selling these. I'm so disappointed and wish I could get my money back.

I purchased the series 900 nutribullet from the Best buy 9 month ago it is already broken. I can't get it to turn it's lock in place to blend. I have had to go back to using the original. Very disappointed.

I have had this NutriBullet Pro for 3 weeks and I have no idea how I lived so long without it. I love kale in my smoothie and sometimes it's hard to get blended up...but my NutriBullet has no problem at all.
