problems with extractor leaks no washer

Patricia was very good listened and understood my problem and was very supportive and came up with a way to solve it as I was close to throwing it out and very disappointed in how it worked. You have a wonderful and very understanding member on your team. She made the difference for me. Thank you Patricia, Sarah Bruno Rating is no my use before talking with Patricia. when the new extractor blade comes then can give use of product rating as now it has not been good and very frustrating with it leaking and the clean up and also at times can't get it to release and unscrew. Hoping the new blade makes a difference it not will return. Will refer if the new blade work properly .the benefits would be great from the organic foods used.couldn't get past post this review so click on it to send.

Use mine 5 times a week

I bought mine 12 years ago from one of the shopping channels. I use to make smoothies with frozen fruit. And the only problem I've had, has been user error ( ie... Not putting the gasket all the way in, which resulted in my gaskets getting cut in half. Not putting the lid on tight.) I think the blades are finally getting dull. Which brings me to this website to purchase new ones. And one more thing that I have read on here. I have never taken out the blade to take the gasket off. I just take a knife and pry it off.

Easy and Convenient

I was so excited when I got my NutriBullet and didn't have the steps or complications involved in a juicer! So simple and easy to use. However, the hardest thing that I typically used in it was frozen fruits - and after 4 months of intermittent use, the motor just stopped. Good while it lasted, but I need something more durable.

We've used it daily for a year now

I love this gadget. My husband and I make smoothies daily, have since we bought it about a year ago. It works great, makes me wonder how we ever used a blender for smoothies. I even make salad dressing and cranberry slushies. Very easy to clean up as well. I haven't pulled the blender out of our cabinet since we bought it. Along with Vegan Smart powder, this little blender has helped me improve my health, with a healthy grab-and-go alternative that is no fuss. The only issue I ever had with it was user-error. I didn't close the lid tightly enough and some smoothie leaked out into the machine, making the triggers stick. I was able to clean it with a Q-tip and it's a tough little thing.

Works great but smaller than expected

I bought this product about a month ago, it was purchased to replace the magic bullet. I make protein shakes 4 times a day for a weight loss program I am on and wanted something larger than the magic bullet so I purchased the PRO. Though it is larger than the bullet, it isn't large enough to make 2 shakes at once. I was thinking the canister was blender size or close to it, but it's not. Also, the lid leaks when you unscrew the blade (and no, I'm not overfilling!). Otherwise, a solid machine, blends and works well with fruit and veggies.

not impressed !

I Bought the Nutribullet RX, 3 months ago. It's Just OK,nothing special. Then I bought a Blendtec Total Blender. the Blendtec is a far superior machine. No comparison. Nutribullet design is terrible. The 1700 watt motor is inadequate. You really need a makeover, Nutribullet. Sorry.

Good feature.

Well it does a good job but to start it does not get clicked easily. It is frustrating to get going but once it starts it is o k . May be mine is defective!!! Also if you want to use for dry ingredients you can not use because it is always required to put water.

Extremely durable and easy to use!

I received this NutriBullet 4 years ago when I graduated college. Since then, I've used it nearly every day. I'm beyond impressed with its small size, heavy duty base, ease of use, and the fact that I can blend up 1 or 2 portions of a smoothie without having to do any guess work on amounts. With a regular-sized blender, I would always make way too much. So easy to put in your ingredients, twist, and sip! I highly recommend the metal straws, too. One thing I'd like to add is that last year the rubber around the blade fell off. If this happens to you, just seal it with some super glue. Worked like a charm for me and never had anymore problems!

1st Base Lasted a Year, 2nd MAYBE 6 Mos

1st base unit was a BEAST, lasting a year+ before it started smelling like something was burning inside (still runs, but I'm not taking any chances). 2nd base unit sees equal use, but isn't going to make it to 6mos - motor overheats every use and auto-shuts off before blending is complete. I'm really sad 2nd purchase was inferior to 1st. Will be researching competitive products before making my replacement purchase =(

great customer service

I use the Nutribullet several times a day. Usually, it's used for smoothies but on occasion I use it to mix thicker things like batter or peanut butter. After about one year of constant use, the rubber gasket that seals the cup to the blade housing came off. The company suggests not using it in this condition, so I call right up. They are replacing the blades pro-Bono but they did get me to buy the extended warranty. Being that I had a broken cup for the machine and I use it so frequently it made sense for us to get it.
