Top got stuck

I love the concept of this machine. It's easy to clean and worked great. However, I have had two of these machines the last one I bought this past January. Both time the lid got stuck and I'm unable to get it off. Please do something to fix this problem. Useless now.....

Excellent Nutrition

I have digestive issues, poor sleep, and severe restless leg which makes me jumpy and anxious. I decided to give the Nutri Bullet a try a few days ago because I was having so much trouble digesting my food and feeling uncomfortable all the time. I had severe IBS for over a decade many years ago and it has affected things since. I have to say in the 5 days I've been using it I feel pretty much 100% better. I sleep better, less restless leg medicine, my body is calmer and I am not feeling the anxiety I was before, particularly in the evenings when the RLS would really become obnoxious. I have significantly more energy and my digestive tract is not bothered by anything I've tried to blast so far. I have a lot more energy throughout the day and it is a lot easier to ingest a wider variety of nutritious foods. I have an autoimmune disease and have been eating organically for years but was limited in what I could eat. I found juicing to be a terrible waste of good food and horrendously difficult to clean up after. Although I am not making the drinks on the sweet side, my system is craving them and I am assuming my body is getting nutrition it has sorely needed for a long time. I am now making these for a family member who had surgery due to crohns disease and has trouble eating many things that are healthy for her and absorbing proper nutrition from what she does eat. I just feel more peaceful, I don't know how else to describe it and this is a new thing for someone who meditates almost daily. I have arthritis in my hands and I cannot open the jars with my hands only but have found it simple enough to hold the jar close to my body and use my arm to twist it off. Something was missing before, a lot of somethings I suspect. I recommend this to anyone.

Cannot turn on my new nutribullet

I bought a nutribullet 900 3 weeks ago - I love it to bits and have used it everyday - However I can no longer turn it on. Over the last 3-4 days it has becoming increasingly difficult to get the nutrilbullet to push down so I can turn it to set the motor going - Yesterday it took me 10 minutes to get it working, today I had to give up after 15 minutes as I simply cannot turn it on - it is sitting in my kitchen with veggies, fruit and nuts ready to go and which of course will be wasted if I cannot get it to work again. Can you please advise - this is an expensive piece of equipment.

Only okay because of price

It does the job for a good price, however the design is not so good. There are seams where there is liquid and leakage can be an issue. Twisting the container to engage it, is cumbersome and the contacts can get stuck due to leakage problems, making it impossible to push down and twist. You must be careful on how the lid is threaded and how tight which can mean trying several times and if too tight, difficult to unscrew... too finicky. Simple switch systems are more user friendly. I would recommend this only because of the price.

BEWARE !

Bought a year ago. Used 3-4 times a week. Actual results good. My wife had trouble getting it together tight and got leakage around side. Got her in tune and was ok, but hen started leaking around blade shaft and into motor cavity. Stopped using for fear of short. I would never buy another.

Great...at first

I purchased this a little less than 6 months ago and it was absolutely great for the first 4 months or so. Now the blade assembly is rusty and brown dust residue is left behind in the base every time it is used. We've never had it leak, and have always hand washed the blades/set out to dry. When it is operating, the sound is deafening! I would definitely not buy another and will seek to have a warranty replacement for this one!

Great blender with a few caveats

I purchased this blender about a year and a half ago. I also own a Vitamix and Blendtec... I must just love blenders. While I don't think the build quality of the NutriBullet is on par with Vitamix, I find that the NutriBullet gets used much more often due to the convenience and the end result of my smoothie. The cleanup process for this blender is much easier than the other two blenders. It also seems like the consistency of the smoothie is much more controlled. Because of the design with the entire contents sitting directly over the blade, it requires less liquid to move the ingredients around. The other two blenders seem to develop air pockets around the blade and need a tamper to push the contents down. This means that I can make the smoothie as thick or light as I desire (to a certain point). I love being able to throw the ingredients in and within a few seconds everything is perfectly blended. I usually use spinach, frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries, frozen cherries, a scoop of protein powder and almond milk for the liquid. The NutriBullet 900 does a quick job and no lumps are left behind. My caveats are: 1. The fact that I have already had to contact NutriBullet about a replacement base when mine stopped working mid blend. They were great about issuing me a new blender even though the machine was slightly outside of the 1 year warranty period (I did have to pay a twenty dollar warranty upgrade fee). The build quality could be slightly better for the base materials and blade housing. 2. When the blade housing is removed from the container the seal ring sometimes comes off. I always add my protein powder last because I don't want to risk the protein being destroyed from the heat of the blade friction or aggravation of being mixed for a longer period of time. When I take the blade housing off, I have to rinse it before putting it back onto the container or else it makes a mess. Overall this is a great little blender and for the price it is unbeatable. Hope my review has helped you make a decision.

Very disappointed with my bullet

I purchased my Nutribullet in July 2020 during quarantine in NYC. I had a lot more spare time working from home to make smoothies and shakes. I used the bullet once or twice a week for about 3 months, it bounced around the table a lot and took a long time to blend anything chunky. Then… after it spent a long time stored a dry cool place, I unpacked my bullet and was excited to use it in my new home. I made two smoothies with it, and it was struggling to blend frozen fruit. 50% of the container was almond milk, but still the bullet was bouncing all over the table. Then, the motor stopped. It hasn’t turned back on ever since. In total I probably used the bullet 20-30 times and it completely failed. I thought this product would be a step above the magic bullet I had in college, but that one lasted a lot longer. I’m very unhappy I bought this and with how it turned out

Wow!

Works great. I did lots of research and decided this one over all, including juicers. I like smoothies and this one with such a great price (search a little) can do it all (fruit, veggies, nuts, dry, etc.) The only downfall is you need to pay attention to the max line. As long as you don't fill liquids over that line, there's no leaking. This works for me.

Cup design...not so great

I really enjoy my blender when I can successfully unscrew the blade from the cup. The cup's diameter is too large to get a good grip. Not everyone has Hulk size hands. Each morning I struggle to remove the blade. I've almost resorted to just slamming it on the floor. So frustrating. They really need to reconsider the design of the cup and make it slimmer.
