This is the third NutriBullet I have owned, so obviously I like the product. However, on this order, the blades were defective, as the rubber gasket around it came loose on my first smoothie. I contacted customer service and they are going to send me another one. My complaint here is the replacement is on backorder so I don't know when I will receive it.

I've used my NutriBullet every day since I purchased it and have to say that I feel so much healthier. My reason for purchasing it was to get in as many vegetables and fruit in the morning to jumpstart my day. I was getting bored with just eating fruits and vegetables all day every day, but now I have a blast in the morning and sometimes one for lunch followed by a sensible vegan dinner. The headaches I've suffered with for over 30 years are almost non existent. Instead of a migraine once or twice a week that generally lasts for up to 72 hours each episode, I've only had two in the past two and a half months. The NutriBullet has improved the quality of my life tremendously!

I was initially very pleased with my NutriBullet, and when it worked it did a great job. However, after three months of use the plastic slots in the base locked to the extent that the container could not be inserted into the drive mechanism. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have "juiced" for years, using a separate-juice-from- pulp utensil. In that family, I had purchased one of the best. Regardless, not only do I feel better about using a larger percentage of the ingredients with my Bullet, but I am spending a quarter of the time I used to devote to preparing my concoction. It's the difference between plowing with a mule or plowing with a tractor!

I have used the "Pro" for about a month now. It totally pulverizes everything and the unit does not overheat. But the mixture will get warm if you "blend" too long. I would use crushed ice if I had some, but I will not put ice cubes in it because it would probably damage the blades. Very easy clean-up just rinse it out and put it back on the stand. So much easier than my older juicer.

I upgraded from the Magic Bullet. This machine has it all! It blends the most incredible smoothies and sorbets. I blend 1 cup frozen berries, 3 ice cubes, 2T of sweetener of choice, and 1/4 water. It blends to perfection! Only thing negative, the 900 Pro...it has the ugliest battleship gray rings and covers. Come on Nutri Bullet. It is unappetizing. I pour it into a more palatable glass to enjoy. Worth the money and the base construction is much improved from previous models, looks like it might last long.

I have been making vegetable/fruit smoothies for about three years now and my health has improved. I have had to replace it several times though due to a manufacturing flaw. The plastic clips on the sides where you 'hook' the top down tend to break or get stuck. I love my Nutribullet and will keep replacing it whenever it breaks. Wish it was made a bit better though.

Had mine for roughly a year and a half. While it was operating, it worked well. I used it sparingly when I wanted shakes or to blend up some vegetables to drink. Unfortunately, it stopped working all together. I did everything I was supposed to do: read the website, emailed for tips but to no avail. Upon calling, I was made to feel like I was dumb and that I was lying about what I was telling the operator. Wasn't a comfortable or helpful situation. After I went through everything he told me to do and was talked down to, it still didn’t work. I was thinking that I would finally be able to get a replacement for a malfunctioning part delivered or something to that effect, but not at all. He was “checking” to see if he could get me a “discount” on a new one. I said I barely got to use the one I had, I shouldn’t have to pay for another already. I said no thanks and that I would rather spend my money on a Vitamix that actually backs their products and has excellent customer service. I’d recommend you do the same.

bought my nutribullet 900 series about 5 months ago. in the past 5 months if 6 or 7 days have gone by without me using it, it's a lot. i love what it does, i love the simple clean up and i love putting healthy organic ingredients in my body as opposed to processed foods. side benefit, i've lost over ten pounds since i began using it. yes, i started going to the gym at the same time but the bullet helped inspire me to lead a healthier lifestyle. i've recommended it to anyone who would listen and already a number of my friends have bought it and are happy with it, just as i am!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and so far it's been good. Really the only issue I have is it does not break down blackberry seeds like it says in the literature. I have tried the repeated 1-minute "extractions" but blackberry seeds and some blueberry seeds remain whole in the smoothie. Also, just be warned, the unit is LOUD when in operation. Other than that, it does what it says.
