i bought one expecting great results. It broke, would not turn. returned it got another. Same result. Looks great but to fragile. I put nothing more than liquid, bnaanas and yogurt. Easy to use and clean. That's about it.

Don't get too excited and twist the container too fast. You will find yourself spending hours disassembling the machine to remove the container tab under the white spring loaded tab. Ugh. Great YouTube on how to do it.

I bought this on 26Feb and its broken already. I was very careful to follow all the care instructions and made sure not to go over 1 min when running the motor. I loved it until it broke on me.

Great Product. We have wanted to upgrade our smaller NutriBullet for this one for awhile and Kohl's came threw for us. Very happy with this product and it cleans easily also.
