I bought this about 3 months ago from HSN after their demonstration looked fantastic. One of the blade attachments leaked no matter how much I tightened it. HSN immediately sent me a new one which didn't leak. It blends very well but I am having difficulty with removing the blade attachment after blending. The problem is you must tighten it so much so it doesn't leak that I am unable to open it. I was forced to purchase a jar opener from Craftsman. I tried completely drying the top of the jar first or wetting the top of the jar before attaching the blade, neither worked. I wish there was another way to remove the blade attachment without having to drag out the jar opener which is a large rubber strapping device. Too much work! I do let people know of this when they ask how I like it. I regret my purchase because I don't use it as much as I had hoped to.

I bought the NutriBullet 900 a year ago and use it nearly EVERY day! It leaves no gritty texture and if used as the directions indicate, works wonderfully. I had a couple issues when it wouldn't start. I called Customer Service (I had registered my warranty and sent in a copy of my receipt) and they told me how to remedy the issue or sent me a replacement part immediately. I did NOT have a problem getting through to Customer Service and they were VERY helpful. I have to say, I was totally impressed with Customer Service and surprised, after reading so many negative things about them. I have a large family and there at least eight of us who use the NutriBullet and LOVE it. Extremely easy to use and clean. I am hard to please and I can't say enough about this product. There is nothing I don't like about it.

I've used a bullet going on 12 years now. Replaced my older one with the new more powerful ones. This product I use everyday for my healthy lifestyle. I couldn't be happier with this blender and saves so much time and effort. Time and effort are the harest parts of eating healthy so every second saved is golden.

I have bought five or six for myself and friends and family. Because it was so easy to do and truly liquifies I have used a nutri bullet ot a Pro everyday for almost two years.. It lowered my cholestrial from 242 to201 in the first three months--- no pills...no vitamis....I juice. I am a six year lung cancer survoir and tried various juicers...too messy and you didn't get all the nutrition ---one of the best inventions ever!

I had my jaw wired after a bike accident and was able to eat only blended foods. This little machine blended foods so much better than my blender, and because of that I was able to eat more nutritionally. It blended carrots, nuts, etc. that would have been impossible otherwise. The only downside is that the second blade part has a loose rubber gasket, so I can use only the one. And one of the plastic cups cracked in the dishwasher, so I now wash them by hand.

I have had my unit for weeks now and I use it a lot more than I thought I would. I find myself trying new recipes and eating healthier because it's faster the nutrients in the food get drawn out for faster absorption by the fast rotation of the blades. Overall this is one of my best investments and i will always have one in my house.

We have used this daily for a smoothie at lunchtime and it consistently performs. The only negative is that there is very little grip assist on the outside of the cups and, if you have small hands and arthritis, like I do, it can be difficult to remove the blade piece or the drink ring.

I've had the NutriBullet Pro for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! It's so easy to quickly mix up a blast for me and a little something for the kids, too. I was worried about messy clean up, but that isn't an issue at all. Dishwasher safe cups, lids and lips. The blade I just rinse well with hot soapy water. Easy peasy!

I've used this for a few weeks now and can't believe I didn't buy it sooner. Even my guy is hooked and he's a tough person to crack. He has replaced his usual breakfast of cereal and toast with a shake and can't believe how long he stays full! Can't wait to try all the recipes.

My husband was the one who saw the ads and told me about it. Being health conscious, we felt that the NutriBullet would help us continue our health goals. We make our drinks at least 5 days a week. We use organic fruits and vegies and supplements. We both feel better and have also lost weight. Thank you NutriBullet
