I purchased 2 NutriBullets Pro900 Series. At first the seemed to work great, then after a few months they stopped working. I tried everything but could not get them to work. I then called the company to have them trouble shoot the units and to no avail they couldn't be fixed.

The Nutribullet is the fastest, most economical way to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle! In the six months that I have been consistently utilizing the Nutibullet, I have had one migraine....(used to have 1-2 per month). I have more energy, sleep better and my overall health is solid. After having received insufficient informaton in the user manual on operating my new nutribullet and inaccurate information from customer support, I figured it out myself by turning it to the right instead of the left (as I had been told). I also learned that I had to press down hard enough for the motor to be fully running before I would be easily able to turn it to the right. I am totally impressed by the speed and quality of its operation and the lack of food particles in my smoothies. I'm disappointed that your so-called "oversized" less than 32 oz cup for the 900 model is not larger, as I'm not able to fit as many ingredients as I used to in my 48+ oz Blender. I know I could get a larger cup in your 1500 model but I can't afford it and don't need the soup feature. I live alone and also have no use for all the exra cups, covers and blade, the cost of which undoubtedly were factored into the price I paid. Don't get me wrong, I just wanted to vent my few discontents. I am thrilled with my purchase and really enjoying using it and consuming my delicious and healthy creations. I'm also OK with the smaller quantity.

I have enjoyed my nutriBullet Pro very much, I use it twice a day and feel like I am getting the nutrition that I need while losing weight. It's fun experimenting with the different fruit and veg. combinations along with the different milks and waters I have found to use to make my drinks.

We bought the Nutribullet about two months ago and it has changed my family's life. The first machine I bought didn't operate smoothly I contacted customer service and they replaced it. The first mashing ran rough and finally it locked up and I couldn't separate the container from the base. The replacement machine is running smoothly. It's a great product and the customer service is great.

I bought this unit for a green smoothie diet I was going to use, and it worked perfectly. Then only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that the blade unit must be tightened quite hard to prevent leakage. My wife won't be able to use it on her own, due to arthritis in her hands.

25 months ago I bought the 600, wasn't sure if it was going to be a fad or if I would use it all the time. well I used it every day and then back in April I bought the 900, not that I needed to, but I figured I would get the 900 and use the 600 when I go on trips I also purchased the carrying case, works great. in the 25 months since I have been nutria blasting I have not had a cold or flu not even the starting of a cold. I used to get sick every winter and sometimes in the summer, and I have lost some weight not that needed to, just a little bit of love handles and the I noticed that after about a year of drinking my preferred concoction my finger nails and toe nails appeared to be getting stronger and nicer healthier look to them, 25 months later my toe nail are almost perfect. I think I was lacking the nutrients that I am getting from the nutria bullet. my drink is made with a big handful of spinach, half an apple, half a pear, a medium banana, half a peach and 2 tables spoons of flax seed and a tea spoon of cinnamon and cold filtered water, sometimes cold coffee instead of water is a nice treat. and it is so easy to clean, just don't ver fill the cup and if you use a protein powder blend the drink first then put in the powder and only blend for about 10 seconds the powder will expand in the cup. I never had an issue with it but I can see how it could cause some issues but its not the fault of the machine you just have to use common sense when filling the cup to much, using milk or a powder.

I bought the nutri bullet about 5 months ago and it was good until now because im trying to using it like every day but stopped every 2 seconds and I can't finish to do the mixture and I don't know if you guys have a number where I can call for a customer service . Thank you
